Supporting women in overlooked spaces. For 12 years, I’ve helped women navigate trauma (childhood, relational, sexual, developmental, perinatal). I am fully certified in EMDR, incorporating relational/attachment theory and IFS, and hold CCTP-II and PMH-C credentials. I am passionate about offering support in a patriarchal system that often undermines women's healthcare. If you struggle with unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, or perinatal challenges (infertility, birth trauma, postpartum), I would be honored to support your healing journey. Let’s take the next step together.

Good therapy is not just about managing symptoms; it’s about coming home to yourself. Many of the people who find their way to my practice are deeply caring and quietly exhausted carrying their pain. They’re tired of seeing repeated patterns: feeling “too much” or not enough, seeking reassurance, shutting down, overthinking things, or constantly second-guessing their instincts. Often, they don’t need more willpower; they need a safer relationship with their own selves and inner world, and a clearer understanding of how their attachment history and old wounds are shaping the present. Together, we will lift what you are carrying. My work is experiential, attachment-focused, and grounded in a trauma-informed lens. “Experiential” means we don’t stay only in analysis.

I provide individual therapy for women experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, body image concerns, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I help clients develop effective coping strategies, process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I believe therapy is most effective when it is both supportive and purposeful, creating space to better understand patterns, develop new skills, and make meaningful changes.
My goal is to help clients move beyond simply managing distress and toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and a stronger sense of connection and well-being.
