The individual reserving the room assumes responsibility for organizing, supervising, and safely conducting all activities during their rental period, including the conduct of participants and guests.

Independent instructors and event hosts are responsible for obtaining appropriate participant liability waivers, maintaining any required insurance coverage, and ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.

Renters are responsible for all setup and cleanup. Please note that no staff will be onsite during your reservation.

The room must be left clean, orderly, and in the same condition as it was found, ready for the next guest. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required.

Renters are financially responsible for any damage to the premises, furnishings, or equipment caused by themselves or their attendees.

Smoking, gambling, illegal substances, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.

By reserving and using the space, renters acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risks associated with their activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, renters agree to release the facility and its owners from claims arising from their own participation in activities at the premises, including claims involving the facility's ordinary negligence where legally permitted.

Renters further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the facility and its owners against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from the renter's negligent or wrongful acts or omissions, or those of persons under the renter's supervision.

The facility is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

By reserving or using the room, you acknowledge and agree that:

You maintain current and appropriate liability insurance covering your activities, including general liability insurance and professional liability insurance when providing instruction or services.
You have obtained a signed liability waiver and release from each client or participant before they participate in any class, session, or activity you conduct.
Your participant waivers include a release of liability protecting the facility and its owners, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You assume responsibility for ensuring that your insurance coverage and participant waivers remain valid and appropriate for all activities conducted during your rental.
By completing your reservation or using the room, you confirm that these requirements have been satisfied and agree to provide proof of insurance and participant waivers upon request.
